The Wellness Centre at the Rochester has chosen a splendid vaulted cellar as ots home. It is open from 7.30 am to 10pm, 7 days a week and boasts a hammam and a fitness room with the latest in fitness equipment (Power Plate, Startrac Pro...). There are also changing rooms, showers and toilets. All gusts of the Groupe Frontenac may use this area free of charge.
